About the Role:

• Identify, establish, and develop relationships with potential clients, key stakeholders, and industry partners to drive business growth and expand our market presence.
• Manage and nurture key accounts, understand their needs and challenges, and proactively deliver solutions to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the team to assist in the creation of compelling presentations, utilizing your creativity and knowledge to effectively communicate complex concepts to clients.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and create new business opportunities.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential areas for business growth and innovation.
• Proven track record in business development or sales role in real estate industry

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships at all levels.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a knack of adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving business landscape
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
